OUR History

Richie Construction has been family owned operated since 1964.  The company was founded on hard work, quality and dedication.  Those qualities are still at the forefront today.  The founder of the company, Gerald Richie, can still be found today on the job site, leading by example. His sons were brought up working hard and learning all aspects of the construction business. This hands-on experience sets the Richie family apart from other builders.

Richie Construction is committed to building true custom homes that deliver quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We also have strong relationships with architects and engineers, working together to find solutions when challenges arise. Richie Construction combines a strong knowledge of quality construction and materials with 50 years of business acumen.

Quality and craftsmanship is what initially stood out to us, but working with Richie Construction we quickly discovered how well they understand client relationships. Terry and his team are downright good people - going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and as if we were there only client. Cliche but true! The experience was so enjoyable that we’ve gone back again for other build jobs. Their designs are unique and innovative - cutting edge, not cookie-cutter. It’s been a pleasure seeing them wow residential and commercial clients for years. Our opinion and recommendation could not be any higher.
